Join the Black History Study Group, in partnership with the National Archives at Kansas City and the American Jazz Museum, for a free screening of Marian Anderson: A Song of Dignity & Grace (2010). The film examines the life of renowned opera singer Marian Anderson (1897-1993). Born in Philadelphia, Anderson grew up signing in her church choir, developing her extraordinary talents to eventually become one of the most popular artists in the world.
