Please join the Westport Historical Society, the Battle of Westport Museum, Kelly’s Irish Brigade & the KC Parks Department in a day of living history as part of PARTY IN THE PARK. Reenactors in military uniforms will fire cannons & guns, drill in formation, & make charges on horseback (if weather permits). Take a walk through the soldiers’ encampment & see how they lived while they were fighting in the field. Visit with the town folk of Westport and listen to period music.
