    132nd Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony

    Shuttles will depart "flag pole" every 15 minutes to the event site beginning at 8 a.m. and will return to the "flag pole" upon conclusion of event. Parkting available around the area of the "flag pole". Sponsored annually by the Leavenworth Memorial Day Committee, Inc.     Living History and "Highlights in History" Memorial Day Weekend

    For the Memorial Day holiday this year, you and your family are invited to visit Fort Scott National Historic Site to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of a frontier military fort. Celebrate the weekend with 1840s living history programs, cooking demonstrations, artillery firings, and The Gum Springs Serenaders.
